Overview of Work:

This regional airline needed a new website to promote recruitment for critical positions across their organization.

Creative Notes:

Initially the project was just a “refresh the old website” with something that was mobile compliant, etc. Once the client shared that their biggest challenge was recruitment due to the nature of the industry, we shifted the focus to share more about the day to day experiences of employees in the needed roles, as well as the benefits of working at Air Georgian.
